Evergreen Dance Academy Adult Dance Fitness

Ballet Barre focuses on excercises at the ballet barre, incorporating basic ballet movement to strengthen and tone the entire body. Set to classical ballet music, this class is fun and inspiring to dancers of all levels. No ballet experience required. Students will need to wear comfortable workout clothing, and leather ballet shoes. Class is taught by Kim Graham.

Pilates will be taught in Pilates mat format. This class emphasizes working the core (abs and back), as well as creating long lean muscles in the body, by stretching and strengthening at the same time. Students should wear comfortable workout clothing. Class is taught by Kim Graham.

Jazz is a fun invigorating workout for people who like to MOVE!  No dance experience is needed as this dance class takes you through the basics of  jazz technique and learning fun choreography.  Class is taught by Moriah Walter.
